By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Data Processing Addendum (version 2026-09-23). This page is the clickwrap text — settle final wording with your counsel before live charging if required.
1. Nature of the Service
A2Zai is an automated administrative intake, routing, and drafting assistant operated by A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd on United Kingdom hardware (Staffordshire). It is designed for client-confidential professional offices and adjacent admin desks (bookkeeping, property management, recruitment ops). Industry packs for logistics, trades, and retail exist in product code for later landing pages — the Service is not marketed as ‘all SMEs’ software. It is not legal AI and does not provide regulated professional advice, including legal advice under the Legal Services Act 2007. Output is a draft acknowledgement or routing aid until a responsible human in your organisation reviews, amends where required, and unlocks via Admin Review before issue to any client or third party.
2. Human-in-the-loop (mandatory — non-negotiable)
Admin Review is mandatory for professional-office (including solicitors’) workspaces: no seat — including organisation admins — may self-unlock client-facing downloads from Jobs, chat, SMS, or reply tools. Drafts are submitted for organisation-admin approve/reject on the Admin Review station. Cool-down and amber checks apply before unlock. You must not treat the Service as unsupervised professional advice, settlement authority, or liability admissions. Bookkeeping and general admin desks may use named self-unlock where configured; regulated legal workstreams remain under mandatory Admin Review.
3. Availability, queue & support
Inference runs on a shared private node with a fair queue (FIFO lanes + round-robin). We do not warrant consumer-chat latency or 99.9% multi-region cloud uptime. Peak dumps queue and complete under that policy. Standard support: Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30 UK (excluding English bank holidays), unless a written support pack says otherwise. Service status is published at /status.
4. Draft data modes
Default privacy mode keeps in-progress drafts in session/RAM so they are not retained on the host disk across reboot (UK GDPR minimisation). Durable encrypted retention is available only when the operator enables it for that engagement. Account, billing, and organisation records are retained as needed to provide the Service.
5. AI accuracy & liability
The Service may produce incorrect, incomplete, or invented text. Subject to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law, A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd is not liable for professional advice decisions, client advice, or losses arising from use of drafts without required human review. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
6. Fees, seats & suspension
Fees are charged as an organisation monthly subscription for the chosen seat band and named seat count (currently Boutique Team £449 / month flat for up to 5 users; Regional Practice £72 per named seat / month for 6–24 users with a monthly floor of £521; Enterprise Operations £72 per named seat / month for 25–50 users), plus a one-off onboarding & private node provisioning fee (currently £299 / £499 / £799 for those bands), or the then-current published rates. Non-payment or subscription cancellation may suspend organisation access. You may cancel via your Stripe customer portal or by written notice where agreed.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. As between the parties, you retain IP in your materials and in drafts generated for you; underlying software, models, and tooling remain A2Z Agentic Solutions Ltd IP.
